Frequently asked questions
Here you will find answers to the questions our customers ask most often. If you do not find the answer you need, please contact us.
How do I order products?
Choose the tyre dimensions you need in the search form. In the catalogue filters you can narrow the selection down further — by season, manufacturer, load and speed index and other parameters.
Once you have chosen the products, press „Buy“, go to the shopping cart, fill in the requested details and choose the delivery and payment methods.
How do I get an invoice for a company?
An invoice is issued for every order. If you need an invoice made out to a company, choose „Company“ in the order form and enter the company details in the fields that appear.
How can I pay for my order?
The payment methods available to you are shown in the order form, and all of them are described in detail on a separate page: Payment
How long does delivery take?
For most products that we keep in our own warehouse the delivery time is 0-2 business days.
If the product is ordered from a remote warehouse, the preliminary delivery time is indicated next to the product.
During peak season (October 20 - November 20), delivery times may be longer due to high demand.

What does it mean that a product comes from a remote warehouse?
Some of the products in the catalogue are not in our own warehouse but in a remote one. The preliminary delivery time for such products is shown next to the product, and it may be longer than for products we keep in stock.
If you order a product whose stock level is not shown, a sales manager will contact you, confirm the delivery time and, if necessary, send an advance invoice for payment.
Where can I find more information about a product?
More detailed information — dimensions, markings, characteristics and the description — is provided on the product page. If you did not find the information you were looking for there, please contact us.
Are the prices in the online store the same as in the stores?
Online store prices are shown including VAT (21%), are valid for online orders only and may differ from the prices in „Egzotika“ tyre centres. The product range shown in the online catalogue may also differ from the range available in the tyre centres.
Can I leave my tyres with you for storage?
Yes, tyre storage is available at „Egzotika“ tyre centres. For more details please contact the tyre centre most convenient for you.
What is the manufacturing date of the tyres you sell?
The manufacturing date of the tyres offered in the online store is shown next to the tyre name and description. The years indicated are informational and small inaccuracies are possible.
If a tyre has no manufacturing date indicated, in most cases — when it is a newer model — the date is 1-3 years old. For new tyres, 1-3 years of storage does not affect their characteristics or properties.
Do the photos show the exact product?
Product photos are for illustration purposes only and the original products may differ from those shown. The photos cannot be used as grounds for a claim. A product is considered to be of proper quality if it matches the sample, model or description presented in the online store.
What does the DEMO marking mean?
This marking is used for tires (rims) that are new but have been previously mounted. Typically these are tires that were fitted on new vehicles and were replaced with others for various reasons (e.g., seasonal change, rim size change, etc.). The mileage of such tires does not exceed 50 km (this is the distance new vehicles cover after leaving the assembly line until they reach the car dealership). The advantage of these tires is that they were originally fitted as part of new vehicle manufacturer specifications, where special attention is paid to quality and impeccable performance characteristics.
What should I do with my old tyres?
All customers who buy tyres from us can leave their old tyres at our stores free of charge, provided that the tyres handed over are of the same size, intended for the same type of vehicle, and that the number of waste tyres (counted in units) matches the number of tyres being bought.
Used tyres are also collected free of charge at bulky waste collection sites. You can bring the amount of tyres set by the regional waste management centre to your municipality's bulky waste collection site and leave them there free of charge. Addresses, opening hours and other information are published on the websites of the municipalities.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers can be purchased at all EGZOTIKA tyre centres. Stores
Are all the tyres you sell new?
All tyres sold in our online store are new. We do not sell retreaded tyres.
Tyre segments: premium, mid-range, economy and budget — what is the difference?
Tyres of different classes differ not only in price, but also in quality, efficiency and durability.
Premium class
Premium class tyres are of the highest quality. This segment offers the widest choice of different tyre types — from soft-compound studded winter tyres to summer tyres for driving enthusiasts that are equally suited to everyday journeys. The abundance of models makes it possible to choose the option that best fits your needs. The newest technologies, trends and distinctive tread designs appear in the premium segment first, because manufacturers invest in the most advanced technology and innovation there.
Mid-range class
Mid-range tyres are aimed more at the optimal balance between quality and price. This allows smaller manufacturers to focus on the tyre properties that matter most for road safety and to offer a high-quality product at a more accessible price. New models combine proven technologies with a search for their own strengths — durability, or even the shortest braking distance on snow, ahead of premium segment tyres. An excellent choice for many drivers and for mid-range cars.
Economy class
Economy class tyres are often produced using previously developed technologies and manufacturing processes, and tread designs are frequently borrowed from older models — which considerably reduces development costs. There are, of course, exceptions: smaller manufacturers that use their own best experience and proven technologies to develop new products in order to keep their distinctiveness.
Budget class
Budget tyres are the cheapest segment. They are usually produced in countries with lower labour costs, aiming to meet the required quality and safety standards while making the most efficient use of the production process and raw materials in order to keep the price as low as possible. Balancing constantly on the edge between quality and price, only exceptional manufacturers manage to find the golden mean.
How to choose?
To answer this question you need to know where and how the car will be used and what technical requirements the vehicle manufacturer sets for the tyres. Are premium tyres worth buying? They are, if at least one of these applies to you: you like trying out new things, you cover very long distances, you drive a powerful car, you prefer a sharper driving style and need impeccable handling in the most extreme conditions. For everyday driving, mid-range tyres can offer an optimal balance of price, quality, safety and durability — and can even surprise you with outstanding properties. For shorter distances, mostly in the city and with a smaller car, several economy segment options of exceptional quality may be suitable. If you feel lost among all the options, we always recommend consulting our experienced advisers at any „Egzotika“ tyre centre.
