Third parties may use the Lipeikio įmonė „Egzotika“ logo in accordance with the following rules. The logo may not be used without prior permission. Permission may be granted if:

• the logo is not used in a way that could make the public mistakenly believe that Lipeikio įmonė „Egzotika“ is responsible for the goods supplied or the services provided;
• the logo is not used where the intended aims or the activities carried out do not correspond to the principles of Lipeikio įmonė „Egzotika“;
• the logo is used with all of its elements undistorted, unchanged and not separated from one another.

Permission to use the Lipeikio įmonė „Egzotika“ logo does not grant any exclusive rights to use it and does not mean that consent has been given to register this logo, or a sign imitating it, as a trade mark or as any other object of intellectual property rights. Each case will be examined separately in order to assess whether it meets the criteria set out above.
