Extended tire warranty
An extra 1-year warranty applies to ROADSTONE, STARMAXX, AUSTONE, KENDA, MAXTREK, ANTARES and PRINX tires purchased in EGZOTIKA shopping centres and in the online store!
When the warranty applies
- Damage that occurs while driving in normal conditions with properly inflated tires.
- Damage caused by an impact.
When the warranty does not apply
- The tires were not inflated properly or the vehicle chassis is faulty.
- Improper use of the tires (for example, off-road driving).
- Intentional damage.
- Racing.
- Run flat tires.
- The tires were fitted outside an EGZOTIKA service centre.
- The tires do not match the load and speed indexes specified by the car manufacturer.
Important conditions
- The warranty is valid only when 4 tires are purchased.
- You have to register within 20 days by filling in the form below.
- If you do not register, the warranty does not apply.
- Once one tire has been replaced, the warranty is considered fulfilled.
- A purchase document is required (a receipt or an invoice).
Price
The warranty is free of charge. However, the fitting and balancing costs, as well as the price difference when exchanging tires for more expensive ones, are covered by the buyer.
