Warranty

A quality warranty is provided for all our products. This warranty is also called the statutory or manufacturer's warranty. Its validity period may differ: like the other conditions, the period is stated in the product description or together with the invoice for the purchased product, which also serves as the warranty document.

Warranty conditions

• The warranty takes effect from the date the tyres are sold.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Claims are not accepted if the responsible employee of the company or, where necessary, a commission determines that the tyre has been damaged mechanically, used with a rim of an unsuitable size or type or with a defective rim, used with incorrect tyre pressure, mounted incorrectly, or used on a vehicle with a faulty chassis.
• No warranty is given for tyre mileage.
• The warranty applies to a tyre that has not been removed from the rim.
• Product photos are for illustration purposes only and the original products may differ from those shown. The photos cannot be used as grounds for a claim. A product is considered to be of proper quality if it matches the sample, model or description presented in the online store.
• If the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements, the buyer can contact the nearest Lipeikio įmonė „Egzotika“ store. Store addresses can be found here.
• Products that may be defective are first submitted to the seller's warranty service centres. The buyer's request regarding a defective product can be processed only after it has been established that the product is indeed defective.
• The manufacturer's warranty obligations apply only if the product's operating conditions have not been breached.
• Products handed over for warranty service and not collected from the warranty service centre and/or from the seller are stored for 3 (three) months. This period starts from the first notification to the buyer, using the contacts the buyer has provided (phone, email address or similar), that the product returned from the warranty service centre can be collected. If the buyer does not collect the product within this period, the seller has the right to stop storing it and the product may be disposed of.
• The quality warranty provided by the seller does not limit or restrict the rights that the law grants to the buyer (consumer) who has purchased a product or service of inadequate quality. Disputes about product quality, returns and other conditions of purchase and sale are resolved in accordance with the purchase and sale rules and national legislation.
